Terms of participation, registration and cancellation policy, and how personal data is handled.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website and registering for the congress, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The organizer is SC Romania Travel Plus SRL.
2. Intellectual property
All content of the site — texts, images, graphics, logos, and multimedia — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
3. Use of the site
Access and use are permitted only within applicable law. Any activity intended to harm the site, its functionality, or other users is prohibited.
4. Registration & payment
Participants register online. Registration is validated only when full payment is received. Payment is processed on a secure server (Stripe, PCI-DSS, 3D Secure) by credit/debit card. The fee includes all scientific sessions, congress materials, coffee breaks, the Certificate of Attendance (EACCME) and 21% VAT.
5. Cancellation & substitutions
100% refund for cancellations before 1 February 2026; 50% refund before 1 March 2026; no reimbursement after 1 March 2026. Each name change is charged €30 + 21% VAT and is not possible after 1 March. No reimbursement for no-shows.
6. EMC credits & personal data
The event is accredited by the Romanian College of Physicians with 18 EMC credits. To validate credits, Romanian physicians must provide their CUIM code and professional data, which are transmitted to the Romanian College of Physicians as required.
7. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR for registration, invoicing, and credit validation. Data is not shared beyond the purposes stated. Data-protection questions can be sent to the organizer's DPO.
8. Limitation of liability
Information is provided “as is”, without warranties as to accuracy or completeness. The organizer is not liable for personal injury or for loss or damage of property during or because of the event. Delegates are advised to purchase adequate travel insurance.
