How it works
Guidelines
Prepare your abstract
- Submission deadline (extended): 28 February 2027; notification of acceptance by 10 March 2026.
- English only. Maximum 300 words, structured as Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions. No tables or graphs.
- One abstract per presenting author; at least one author must hold an account. No fee is required to submit.
- Choose oral communication or e-poster; accepted abstracts appear in the official digital abstract book.
E-posters: PDF, 16:9 portrait, prepared in PowerPoint 2013+ and saved as PDF.
